Strategic Goods Awareness and Tools for Enforcement Officials Effective enforcement of STCs requires that enforcement officials are aware of what strategic goods are subject to control. Armed with this knowledge, they also need tools and resources to support enforcement actions on shipments that may contain controlled items. This session will provide participants an opportunity to share experiences in supporting the enforcement function of STCs.
